They coordinate housing support, free meals, resource sharing, and solidarity networks while building power through community living, peace activism, and creating spaces for radical hospitality and social justice.

A chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice fostering mutual aid and community solidarity through white anti-racist organizing in Des Moines. They coordinate political education, direct action support, and solidarity networks while building power through racial justice education and accountable organizing in partnership with BIPOC-led organizations.

Des Moines Black Liberation Movement Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that works to bring about racial justice in Des Moines through mutual aid, community programs and culture building.
